Renovation of an existing pool.

The swimming pool is situated between two uneven walls of 6 to 7 meters: one wall is overhanging, the other is a low wall allowing exceptional views.

We completely redesigned the volumes and the forms, based on the following points:

Pool bottom with 1,50m of depth,
Large underwater seating 'bench 'increasing the water surface area,
Overflow toward the sea side,
Glass safety fence for 'security',
Paving stones treated for mirror effect,
Stone low walls, old fashioned lay out,
Stone wall of 7 metres,
Plantation of large date palms,
Solarium at lower pool level,
Access to technical rooms,
Lighting effect on palms and pool.

These changes allowed the swimming pool space to become more comfortable and convivial, the pool is larger and more attractive (bench, height of water, overflow on the sea).

The glass wall also allows one to enjoy the panorama views from within the swimming pool itself.

The pool sides were made more attractive thanks to the presence of large palm trees which hide the effect of the overhanging wall.

In the evening, the lighting changes the scenery making it even more magical.
