Who Are We

Eric Montcerisier (31/May/58): Landscape contractor and designer since 1982. After a one year class in ENSAT Toulouse, (National School of Agronomy), he joined a Landscape Architectural firm where he learns all the basics of landscape design.+From 1982 to 1989, first landscape projects in Palm beach, Florida. Gardens, swimming pools, fountains and outdoor spaces. Meanwhile, he and his team won the “Abidjan lagoon landscape project contest” (18 km of landscape to be created along the lagoon shores of Abidjan, Ivory Coast)
From 1989 to 1999, French Riviera, South of France. With his own company, he realizes many projects from Menton to St Tropez. Some of these projects, considering their magnitude, go on for several years and are accounted among the most prestigious properties of the French Riviera. At the same time, begins in the construction business, building 2 homes of 300 sqM each, with swimming pools and gardens of course. During this period, he is also part of the architects team for the construction of a golf resort with hotels and homes in Cuba, “Moro de la Cabaña”, his team mate and himself are in the project as landscape architects and coordinators, in charge of all exterior concept and design.
From 1999 to 2009, Ibiza, Baleares, Spain. Establish himself and family in Ibiza and set a new company specialized in both fields of construction and landscaping, opening of a garden centre with retail store. Realize many project of gardens, pools “all included”. The building and construction part of this company is widely developed: interiors rehabilitation and construction, concrete works and finishes.

Didier Maille (09/Feb/64) : Architect and general contractor since 1986. After classes in the School of architectural design in Nice, France, he went on a trip to Africa and found there his first opportunities to manage his first building project.
From 1986 to 1988, first own projects, conception and construction in private homes in Guinea Conakry and conception of touristic hunting and fishing camps in Guinea Bissau. There, he learned to solve problems far away from his theoretical training; management of providers, international trading, customs, water and electricity supplies.
From 1988 to 1989, Guadeloupe, Caribbean: manage and develop and new company specialized in new techniques and materials:  polls structures and waterproofing, fabric ceilings, special paints and floor covering. First swimming pools and rehabilitation works.
From 1989 to 1991, French Riviera, South of France, first steps in high ends luxurious properties of Monaco, Beaulieu, and Cap Ferrat. In charge of the supervision and realization of state of the art paint works; “stucs, patine, gold sheet, faux marble, faux bois, trompe l’oeil” and others “caprices”. Learns rigor and demanding of another class of clientele, which, discretion prevent to name.
From 1991 to 1992, Tahiti, French Polynesia, Manager of a company specialized in plumbing and equipment materials imports. Increase knowledge in the “water management”: pumping, water supply, used waters, water treatment, water storing. First contact with wood construction.
From 1992 to 2000, Nosy Be, Madagascar, Realized, with his own building company and carpentry, many private homes, interior rehabilitations, hotels and restaurants. Study, concept, marketing and construction of a private development of several homes.
