Construction of a villa of 230m² with pool

'Californian' style house conceived for optimum comfort and functionality.

Built on plot of 5000m² with only 400m² of landscaped garden, this house has 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms. the work was carried out during a 12 month period according to traditional methods.

Concrete structure, brick walls, concrete slabs, insulated walls, red cedar roof beam.

We were responsible for the entire project from start to finish.

The swimming pool with peripheral overflow was situated under a 'tropical garden' with bamboo and large palm trees bringing an exotic touch to the project, which was greatly appreciated.

The project was delivered completely finished with garden and swimming pool.
